IT Systems Administrator – Windows (male/female) a) Qualifications • University degree in Applied or Business Computer Science (Dipl. Eng. or matser)
• Good knowledge in Information Technology / MS Windows. Knowledge in Windows Scripting and DBs is of advantage
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems (i.e. MS Windows Servers and Workstations, MS Active Directory (Forest, Domain and OUs), DNS, DHCP and WSH)
• Experience with Hardware Equipment for Corporate Infrastructure (i.e. Servers-Technologies (HP, DELL, IBM), Storage-Technologies (RAID, NetApp, HP-EVA), systems monitoring (Nagios), cloud computing)
• Experience with Virtualization Technology Solutions (i.e. VMWare)
• Experience with IT activities (i.e. handle Service Requests- and Incidents through Corporate Ticketing System, ensure system patching, upgrades and migrations in regular way or according to projects)
• Knowledge in IT processes related to Business Administration, Financial, HR or Production is advantageous
Languages • Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
• German is advantageous
Experiences • At least 2 years of professional working experience in a similar position (in IT or Support of IT-Solutions)

• Team work and work under pressure in IT-Support environment
• Learning capability, challenge oriented and autonomy
• Good communication (written and spoken) with internal customers and Support Teams
• Must be prepared to travel internationally (especially to Germany)
c) Function & scope • Administration of the Corporate Standard Windows Systems (MS OS)
• 2nd level Support through the company internal Trouble Ticket System
• Contribution in the dimensioning, installation and configuration of Windows Systems, including documentation
• Contribution within the elaboration and validation of new Enterprise Solutions and new equipment in the related domain
• Contribution within the coordination with the local IT staff regarding measures induced by incidents in the related domain
• Contribution within the communication, training and awareness programs for the local IT staff regarding issues in the related domain
